Position Summary:

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on residential and/or commercial job sites. This includes supervising a crew, ensuring quality control, reading plans, ordering materials, delivering materials, coordinating with clients and project managers, and completing tasks on time and within budget. We are looking specifically for a candidate who specializes in

• Pavers
• Ornamental Ponds
• Retaining Walls
• Lighting

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew on Hardscapes.
• Interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery
• Train and mentor crew members
• Track time, materials, and job progress
• Order materials

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of landscape installation and/or maintenance experience
• 1+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) and clean driving record
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor

Preferred Skills:

• Irrigation and lighting system knowledge
• Hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
• Horticultural knowledge
• Skid Steer, mini ex, dingo knowledge, and know-how

Job Summary

General Accountabilities

Performs a full range of skilled automotive repair work, such as minor tune-ups,

electrical system servicing, engine overhauls, and oil changes.

Inspects automotive equipment to determine the corrective action necessary.

Repairs automotive equipment.

Estimates the cost of automotive repairs.

Operates and maintains automotive shop equipment.

Keeps records and creates reports about repairs performed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of irrigation system components, water conservation practices, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain irrigation systems for residential and/or commercial properties
• Diagnose and repair system issues, including leaks, broken heads, valves, and wiring
• Perform seasonal irrigation start-ups and shut-downs (winterization)
• Program and adjust irrigation controllers and timers
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet water conservation standards
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Work in elements: rain/cold/heat. Longer days during peak season.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in irrigation installation and repair (preferred)
• Knowledge of irrigation components (valves, timers, pumps, drip systems, etc.)
• Ability to read site plans and irrigation blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to drive a Truck and trailer/Isuzu landscape truck/dingo/trencher
