Customer Representations: The Customer certifies that they are the legal owner of the Property or possess the authority to permit construction on the Property. The requested Services adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, codes, restrictive covenants, and homeowners’ association requirements. Furthermore, the Customer confirms their financial capacity to compensate the Landscaper for rendered services.

Sales of Plant Material: All sales of plant materials, including trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and fescue, may also encompass mulch, rock, gravel, and hardscape materials.
